In a previous article we talked about heart, ‪cardiovascular disease. Here today we are going to talk about Diabetes ‬‬.Which is mostly common in our generation nowadays, this article will help you to aware about diabetes.Our goal is a better life for everyone.

Diabetes is a disease that occurs when your blood sugar is too high, blood sugar is the source that comes from food that you eat. Having  a too much glucose  in your blood can causes heath problem, and also diabetes has no cure you have to take some steps to stay healthy.

Different type of diabetes

  • In type one  – Your body does not make insulin, (Insulin is a hormone that made by pancreas helps glucose from food get into your cells to be used for energy) Your immune system that attack and destroy pancreas that make insulin. In type one diabetes can be diagnosed usually in the children and adult but it can appear at any stage.
  • In type two  – Your body does not make and use insulin, and it can be occur at any age group even also children’s and middle age group. But generally seen that this type of diabetes can occur at middle age group and older age group.
  • Gestational  – This type of diabetes generally found in some women’s who are into in the pregnancy stage, but it can be controlled during the baby born. If you had a gestational than you have a  great chance of developing diabetes too in later life.

What other diseases can occur

  • Kidney Problem
  • Eye Problem
  • Nerve Damage
  • Foot Problem


  • Frequent urination
  • Disproportionate thirst
  • Weight gain
  • Usually weight loss
  • Intense hunger

  • Proper Healthy Diet
  • Quit Smoking and Alcohol
  • Pay Attention To Your Feet
  • Exercise regularly


  • Type 1 can be treated be insulin or change diet of and regular exercise.
  • Type 2 can be treated by non insulin or weight reduce or regular exercise.
  • Gestational always includes special meal plans and scheduled physical activity. It may also include daily insulin injections and blood glucose testing.


  • Balanced food
  • Nutritious diet
  • Low fat food
